Can I cancel my order?

Because our items are made-to-order, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order. After that time, we may have already started crafting your item.

Can I return or exchange a customized item?

We want you to love your Ink & Charms order! Please note, custom orders are final. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, just reach out within 7 days and we’ll make it right. Cancellations?
